Our speaker this month will be Laura Doud. As the elected City Auditor of Long Beach, Laura Doud leads the only department within the City that provides an independent review of City operations and spending without bias or pre-determined outcomes. Laura and her staff work on citizens’ behalf to improve Long Beach by focusing on internal improvements that enhance work quality and provide increased value to the City.
