Deforest Park Neighborhood Association will be hosting a community Clean-up from 8am – 12pm.
We will also be hosting a FREE community breakfast. This is a great way to meet your neighbors and share information. Feel free to bring something to share (drink or food).
For the cleanup, gloves, trash bags, and tools will be provided.
A large dumpster will be available for bulk items (until full).
In addition, SoBy Recycling will have a truck (located near South Street & Jaymills Avenue) to pick up the following e-waste items:
- Water Heaters
- Pipes
- Faucets
- Bath Tubs
- Any Scrap Metal
- Car Batteries (no household batteries, i.e. AA, AAA, C, D, 9v)
- Copiers
- Entertainment Systems
- Fax Machines

- Toner Cartridges
- Washers & dryers
- Cell phones
- Computers
- Circuit boards
- Electronic toys

**California law requires accurate personal information (name, address, phone) be recorded when recycling TVs. You will not be able to recycle your TV if you refuse to provide this information.
***Light bulbs are not accepted.
