DPNA is proposing its by-laws be amended with the below changes. Per current by-laws, membership must be given notice of proposed amendments of at least four (4) weeks in advance of voting. This means that we will vote on ratification at our July 18, 2024 meeting. Ratification requires 2/3 approval of members present to vote.
