July, 2018 – Meeting

July 19, 2018
7:00 PM
DeForest Clubhouse
6255 DeForest Avenue
Long Beach, CA 90805

We will be getting a presentation from the Aquarium of the Pacific on “climate resilience.”  Being climate resilient means coming together to not only survive but thrive in the face of a changing climate. The Aquarium of the Pacific seeks to make Long Beach a model climate resilient city by talking to residents through “community conversations” about their shared aspirations. The information gathered from these conversations will be used to help create a baseline of shared values that connect Long Beach on its path towards climate resilience.

As always we will have updates the LBPD and the 9th District Council Office.
